All our items are made to order. The estimated time for the manufacture and delivery of a product is displayed on the description of each product. This time is an approximate time and not a precise delivery date.

We also offer expedited delivery with a purchase of more than 99$ before taxes.

NOTE: These delivery times do not include manufacturing time. We ship by Canada Post. You must add this time to the manufacturing time to know the date of reception of your jewel.

We offer a 30 day warranty on all our jewelry against manufacturing defects. The warranty is void if the product has been subjected to misuse or has been altered by anyone other than an authorized My Family Jewelry representative.
Our quality assurance team inspects each item before shipping to ensure that you receive a high quality piece. In the rare event that your item has a defect, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to help you get your jewelry repaired. Please include your order number and contact information in your warranty repair request.
-The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with a warranty repair.
-We reserve the right to void the warranty on any item that shows signs of alteration, abuse or damage beyond normal wear and tear as judged by our jewelry professionals.
-We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
30 day no hassle return policy
Because we want you to feel comfortable and confident when you store at My Family Jewelry, that's why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. You may return it for exchange or credit (minus shipping and/or gift-wrapping fees, if applicable) within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be authorized by a person responsible for quality. A claim may be denied if it is deemed invalid.
-The item must be returned in new and unused condition.
-Jewelry that has been resized, and/or repaired is not eligible.
-You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
-The size of the rings is your responsibility, make sure you get the right size.
To request a return, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. One of our customer service representatives will promptly follow up with you via email with the next steps in the process.
Upon receipt of your return, all products are inspected for signs of wear or damage before refunds, replacements or credits are issued. New and unused means that there are no scratches, marks or stains on the items. In addition, items altered or re-sized by another jeweler are also not considered new.
Mesbijousdefamille is committed to replace a product if it is broken during transport.
The replacement must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order.
Mesbijouxdefamille reserves the right to refuse a return request.
In the event of a price error on our store, Mesbijouxdefamille reserves the right to refuse and refund the order to the customer who purchased the product with a price error. All the prices posted on this site, its subject to confirmation of our share. We also reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.
